What are you NOT doing because you are too concerned with what people think about you?

I ask this question a lot.

If you let the words, judgement, criticism, and bias of other people, even those close to you, stop you from moving forward – who pays the price for that?

What is the cost to you in 12 months’ time finding yourself still where you are today?

Whose agenda are you working to?

Coaching provides a safe space that is free from judgement, criticism, and bias. It is a space for you to be listened to and heard. A space for you to make sense of yourself and begin to understand who you are and what you want.

You could work in the professions (lawyers/solicitors, accountants, doctors/NHS), be an actor, author, sales professional, C-Suite, Senior or Middle Manager, a Small or Medium-sized business, a business owner, through to a stay-at-home mum or dad.

I’ve coached people in all these roles.

If you have considered getting support or maybe even coaching before, what stopped you?

With coaching it could be that:

– You’re not sure what it is or how it works.

– You’re not sure about how often you want it.

– You think it’s too expensive.

That’s fine, I heard one or two of these reasons from people who now work with me.

I founded The Leap Coaching because I believe that Coaching should be available to everyone.

Courage is not the absence of fear; it’s doing what needs to be done, even though you’re afraid.

All you need is the courage to take one tiny step at a time.

When you are ready to take that tiny step, then get in touch.
